PHM Consulting has recently been appointed as Civil & Structural Consulting Engineers for a new 19 storey Residential & Commercial Development in Romford, Essex.

The building has full planning permission and construction work is due to commence in May 2011.

PHM Consulting has recently opened a new office in Dublin in 3013 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Citywest, Dublin 24.

PHM Consulting will be acting as specialist designer, in collaboration with WYG Engineering, on the SIAC D&B team for the design of the new River Dargle Flood Defence Works, in Bray Co. Wicklow.
